Performance marketing and customer acquisition
Customer acquisition for advertisers and media partners.
Centennial Media Holdings plans and buys media, runs lead generation programs, manages the data those programs produce, and operates consumer messaging inside the rules that apply to it. One team, one set of numbers.

Operations How programs are monitored day to day.
97%
of leads delivered last month passed every validation checkWhat we do Three parts of the same program.
Media buying, the data operations behind it, and the rules that govern how a consumer is contacted. Most agencies own one of the three. Splitting them across separate vendors is where acquisition programs usually break.
01
Media and lead generation
Channel planning, media buying, landing page and form design, and creative testing, all measured against a cost per outcome agreed before launch.
02
Data management
Validation, deduplication, consent records, suppression and secure delivery into your CRM. Leads arrive with the fields you need and the context behind them.
03
Consumer messaging
Opt-in wording, sender identification, frequency disclosures, STOP and HELP handling, and the weekly review that keeps a program inside what carriers and regulators expect.
Technology The systems behind the reporting.
We run on established ad platforms, a CRM, a validation layer and a data warehouse, connected so that any figure in a report can be traced back to the record that produced it. We did not build a platform and we are not selling one. The work is in making the connections between these systems correct.
Process Every lead moves through the same five steps.
- 01Capture
- 02Consent
- 03Validation
- 04Delivery
- 05Reporting
A lead that fails validation is not delivered. The partner that sent it receives the field that failed and the count on the same day, so the next batch can be corrected.
Sourcing Every lead traces back to a named placement.
Consumer messaging Contact that people agreed to receive. Compliance standards
Written before launch
Who is sending, to whom, saying what, and how often. Four answers, on paper, before the first message goes out.
Consent on the record
The wording the consumer agreed to, the page it appeared on and the time it happened, stored on their record rather than in a separate system.
Required disclosures
Sender identification, frequency, message and data rate disclosures and stop instructions are part of the program, not a footnote elsewhere.
Monitoring
Opt-out rates, complaints and delivery feedback are reviewed weekly by someone with the authority to pause a program.
Categories Where we run acquisition programs.
Open a column for detail.
Financial services
Comparison and refinance inquiry programs, where the disclosure shown at sign-up is what gets examined later.
Insurance
Auto, home and health quote interest. Licensing and state rules are checked before a lead is delivered.
Home services
Homeowner demand for improvement and repair work, matched to contractors by trade and by service area.
Healthcare
Information requests and research interest only. No health condition is ever stored on the record.
Legal services
Case inquiry campaigns where the qualification criteria are set by the firm and not by us.
Education
Enrollment interest for accredited programs, under the contact rules specific to that sector.
Availability varies by program and partner. Active categories are confirmed per engagement.
Standards What we agree to before a program runs.
Advertisers and media partners receive the campaign criteria, the approved assets, the source requirements, the escalation path and the reporting schedule in writing, before anything is activated.
Accurate sourcing
Traffic is described the way it is actually acquired. Placements are named individually rather than grouped under a network.
Approved creative only
Ads, landing pages and forms run in the version that was reviewed. Changes are approved before they go live.
Same-day answers
A quality question raised during business hours receives a response from a named contact the same day.
Rejections with reasons
Leads that fail validation are returned with the field and the count, so the next batch can be corrected.
Written terms
Qualification criteria, volume caps, payment terms and timing are agreed before a program starts.

Tell us the target.
We will build the program around it.
Tell us the audience, the channels you are considering, where the leads need to land, or the inventory you have to place. We will say whether it is a fit and what the first steps would be.
